Zornitsa Yordanova is a member of the research team at OES participating on the ‘first global assessment on the current state of organizational excellence’ that was launched by the OETC and has been supported by the GBN, ISO/TC 176 and International Academy for Quality. She received her PhD in the area of Business Innovations Management from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia, Bulgaria in 2015. Currently, she is a Chief Assistant Professor at the university. Her research interests include: innovation, project management, enterprise management, management information systems and enterprise software. She has published several articles in the field of innovation management, innovation projects and company leadership.
Zornitsa is also a practitioner with more than 15 years in the banking and information technology sectors where, over the past 10 years, she has held managerial positions in project management and enterprise software.
She holds several certificates and awards including: PMP® with the Project Management Institute (PMI), CSM® with Scum Alliance, two time winner of the Bulgarian National Competition “Young Economist” with the Union of the Bulgarian Economists.
