Global Benchmarking Team

Overview – The Global Benchmarking Team (GBT) is a dedicated OES initiative to substantially accelerate the capacity of organizations worldwide to use formal global benchmarking to improve results. We connect practitioners, researchers, and leaders, and deliver sector-specific insights that translate into action.

Purpose – To substantially accelerate the capacity of all organizations to apply formal global benchmarking as a practical tool for improving performance and outcomes.

Building on this tradition, the GBT aims to strengthen member capability in benchmarking and overall continuous improvement so the team can confidently lead global benchmarking projects as an integral part of OES services.
