Organizational Excellence Specialists Inc. (OES) respects the privacy of clients, participants and respondents. We follow the CMC professional code of conduct, including its confidentiality commitments, and handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Information entrusted to us is kept confidential and used only for the purposes explained when it is collected. We do not disclose confidential information without permission, except where required by law. Published findings use aggregate results or publicly available information and do not reveal confidential individual or organizational information.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information or use confidential information for marketing. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and retain it only as long as needed for its stated purposes or legal requirements.
OES maintains an internal Honorary Membership List of individuals who have engaged with us. The list is confidential and is not published or shared. Members receive brief email updates several times a year about new publications and other OES developments intended to be of value and may unsubscribe at any time.
