Having a strong interest in operational excellence, Nguyen Hien has coached and trained practitioners in Lean Six Sigma as a data-driven approach for continuous improvement and a problem-solving methodology. He has a proven track record in managerial roles across diverse industrial companies in Viet Nam, from small size to international in scope.
Nguyen draws on a well rounded education with a Bachelor degree in Industrial Management, Master's degree in Production Engineering and Management and PhD degree in Philosophy. He has worked and studied in Viet Nam, Germany and Spain and contributed to the research literature with several publications in the field. Today, Nguyen remains committed to transferring knowledge and maximizing the practical application of operational excellence for both the business and research community.
