Veron Mosalakatane is a ROES with Organizational Excellence Specialists and located in Gaborone, Botswana. His academic credentials include: a Bachelor in Human Resource Management, a Master of Science in Strategic Management and several excellence certifications including: Certified Professional Excellence Assessor, Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence, Registered Organizational Excellence Specialist. He is also a Master Excellence trainer with the African Excellence Forum and certified to deliver programs in Lean Six Sigma Geen Belt and ISO 9001:2015.
Since 2011, Veron has gained experience with the public and private sector working as: a University lecturer, performance improvement specialist with municipal and national government and a consultant. Recent projects have included contributing to the development of the Botswana Excellence Framework and completion of national service quality survey.
His areas of special expertise include: strategy management, business process, performance management, change management and quality management.
