Thobile Dlamini is a ROES with Organizational Excellence Specialists and located in Gaborone, Botswana. Originally from the Kingdom of Eswatini, her academic credentials include: Master in Technology (Chemistry) and Post Graduate Certificate in Lean Six Sigma, and she is currently pursuing an MBA.
Since 2009, Thobile has worked in quality assurance and management positions and successfully spearheaded QMS implementations, internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives across ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards. Notable achievements include leading a fuel testing laboratory recognized as the best Government Laboratory for QM strategies and a National Quality Award recipient in 2017.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Thobile contributes as a Coordinator with the QOR Newsletter team, fostering knowledge sharing in operational research and organizational excellence. Driven by a passion for driving positive change, she leverages her scientific background and practical expertise to deliver sustainable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
