Dr. Omer is a ROES with Organizational Excellence Specialists. He is a quality management and organizational excellence consultant building on experience that commenced in 2003 and has been augmented by academic and professional qualifications in the field from Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Belgium and Switzerland.
In his work as a senior manager leading organizations, he helps to design and establish robust operational management systems that provide the foundation for continual improvement. In doing so, he utilizes various excellence and quality tools and techniques such as ISO standards, excellence models and the six sigma approach.
He has presented at events in United States, Qatar and Sudan and published peer-reviewed articles in international journals such as the Quality Progress and Journal for Quality and Participation at ASQ. In addition to consulting, Dr. Omer enjoys teaching university students and employees at all levels in the organization.
