Michele Hansen is a ROES with Organizational Excellence Specialists and has worked since 1989 gathering experience as a successful entrepreneur, strategic leader and catalyst for change. She has been a co-owner of an award-winning custom fabrication business and has worked as a consultant in business process development and information management.
Her areas of expertise include organizational change, strategic business growth, client relationships and team development and working with First Nations in Canada (British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories) and small business organizations.
Michele is a Certified Personality Dimensions® Facilitator. This assessment tool, researched and validated in Canada, provides an easily understood methodology for building self-awareness, self-esteem, and effective communication strategies.
