Kamal Sundar is a ROES with Organizational Excellence Specialists and has worked on the research team for the Global OE Index.
His credentials include certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Minitab and Internal Quality Auditor for quality management systems. Since 2006, he has worked across functions like process, quality, production, planning and training in the manufacturing and service sector. Today, Kamal serves as a Quality Assurance Manager in the Marketing Division at Merino Industries Limited in Bangalore, India.
Special areas of expertise include customer relationship management, process optimization and productivity improvement, technical assistance and product training for stakeholders. Kamal has considerable experience addressing process variation and waste elimination using Lean Six Sigma methodology at business and operational levels. This type of work has been complemented by a strong skill set with a wide range of tools - team, quality control, management, planning, statistical analysis and process control, design of experiments, failure modes effect analysis, root cause analysis.
