Kim Groshek is a member of the research team at OES participating on the ‘first global assessment on the current state of organizational excellence’ that was launched by the OETC and has been supported by the GBN, ISO/TC 176 and International Academy for Quality.
Over the past 30 years, her work experience has spanned a number of industry sectors including: financial, support services, banking, credit unions, insurance, start-ups and higher education; and functional areas such as: supply management, product management, training, human resources, competency development, information systems, loan integration, health and family services, and corporate social responsibility.
Kim has over 10 years directly involved in quality management consulting focused on training, implementing and auditing. Kim’s areas of expertise include financial management, mentorship, strategic planning, organizational structure, productivity and process improvement and performance management. She holds two Master’s degrees in Management in Information Systems and Computer Science specializing in Portfolio Project Management.
