Ted Marra

Dr. Ted Marra is a member of the research team at OES participating on the ‘first global assessment on the current state of organizational excellence’ that has been endorsed by the OETC, GBN and ISO/TC 176. He is a strategic facilitator, organizational mentor and writer and has lectured in MBA/EMBA programmes at universities in Boston, Detroit, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Croatia. Currently, he serves on the Board of MAX/Knowledge Now and works as a Senior Partner for Insights Paradigm.

Ted has authored reports for the Conference Board in New York, articles for American and European journals and a book entitled ‘The Wisdom Chronicles: Competing to Win’ (2015). His core areas of expertise in strategic leadership include relationship mastery, business excellence and research.

Over his career, Ted has consulted with over 160 organizations in 40 countries and has guided transformation initiatives in some of the world’s most prominent companies such as Xerox, Shell, IBM, Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Johnson & Johnson, DuPont, Electrolux as well as government agencies, SME’s and NGO’s. He has also been a Senior Policy Advisor for President Reagan and has held management positions with such organizations as General Motors and Goodyear as well as owning and operating two consulting companies.
