Emad Hamdi

Emad Hamdi is a member of the research team at OES participating on the ‘first global assessment on the current state of organizational excellence’ that has been launched by the OETC and supported by the GBN, International Academy of Quality and ISO/TC 176. He is a business excellence expert with twenty years' experience influencing and guiding organizations in both the government and private sectors to improve business performance, achieve a culture committed to excellence and earn recognition through business excellence awards.

Prior to working in business excellence, Emad earned a post-graduate degree with honour in Medical Physics from Cairo University in Egypt, a professional certificate in Quality Engineering from the American University in Cairo and a Master in Quality Management degree with distinction from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, UAE.

Emad had demonstrated great success in helping organizations to improve the business processes, build an excellence culture, build capacity, generate innovative ideas , explore the future, reduce waste and increase profit.
