Cathy Campanaro is a member of the research team at OES participating on the ‘first global assessment on the current state of organizational excellence’ that has been endorsed by the OETC, GBN and ISO/TC 176.

She graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Science -Honours Chemistry.   With over twenty-five years of experience in QA/QC in the pharmaceutical, medical device and food sectors, continuous improvement has been an integral part of her career. Cathy is currently employed as a Quality Management Consultant for a U.S. beverage manufacturer.

A Subject Matter Expert on HACCP principles and food safety, ISO 9001, Canadian NHP Regulations, cGMPs and 21 CFR Parts 110 and 111, her hands on experience includes root cause investigations, CAPA programs, SOP writing, metrics, internal audit, calibration, laboratory procedures, validation and employee training.

Cathy holds two ASQ certifications, CQA and CSSGB, and enjoys the challenge of improving QA/QC systems and taking them to the next level of compliance.
